Some parts of the data processing is only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke your consent at any given time. For the revocation, a note via e-mail is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing that took place until your revocation shall remain untouched.
Unless otherwise provided below, the provision of your personal data is not stipulated by neither law nor contractually or otherwise required for a contract to come into place. You are not obligated to provide your data. Not providing your personal data is of no consequence whatsoever. This shall apply only if the processing steps following a data provision do not state otherwise.

Using the PlugIn PlanSo Forms (data transmission of the contact/complaint form)

If you use the form, your data are transmitted to us via the provider.

For the creation of a customer account, we gather your personal data in the extent mentioned there. Data processing serves to improve your shopping experience and to simplify the order process. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent any time by sending us a corresponding notice without any influence on the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out due to the consent you gave until the revocation. Your customer account will be deleted following the notice.
Data gathering by creating a comment
We gather your personal data when you comment on an article (name, e-mail address, comment text) but only to the extent you give us these information. Data processing serves to make commenting possible and to display comments. You give your consent to that by submitting a comment. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent any time by sending us a corresponding notice without any influence on the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out due to the consent you gave until the revocation. Your personal data will be deleted following the notice.
Gathering, processing and usage of personal data during the order process
During the order process, we gather and use your personal data only to the extent that it takes to fulfill your order or to process your request. Providing data is necessary for a contract to come into existence. Declining the provision of data means no contract can come into existence. The processing is done in compliance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is neccessary to conclude a contract with you. Data provision to third parties is prohibited without your explicit consent. That does not apply to our fulfillment partners or partners we work with in order to process your request. Besides the recipients mentioned in the conditions here, there can be other recipients from the following categories: shipment service providers, financial service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for the ordering process, web hosters, IT service providers and logistics service providers. We strictly adhere to all legal provisions in all cases. The extent of the data provision is limited to an absolute minimum.
Using the e-mail address, name and mobile number for sending newsletters/Whatsapp messages
We use your e-mail address (WhatsApp: name and mobile number) independently from a contractual agreement explicitly for the endorsement of our own products and services if you gave your explicit consent for us to do so. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent any time by sending us a corresponding notice without any influence on the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out due to the consent you gave until the revocation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime by using the link in the newsletter or by sending us a notice. Your e-mail address will be deleted following that notice. For the messaging service we use the app “WhatsApp” as a broadcasting service. Members of that broadcast are made anonymous and not visible to each other. By entering the broadcast you give your consent to the data protection declaration of the app provider. You can sign of from the broadcast at any time or send us a notice. Your name and mobile number will be deleted following that.
Data provision to third parties is prohibited.
Using the email address for sending direct advertising mail
We use your e-mail address that we gathered during the sale of goods or services for the elctronic transmission of advertizing for our own goods and services that are similar to the ones you purchased with us in the past if you did not express your dissent with us doing so. The provision of your email address is neccessary in order to conclude a contract. The non-provision of an email address leads to the non-conclusion of a contract. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO due to our reasonable interest in direct marketing. You can revoke your consent to that usage of your email address any time by sending us a corresponding notice. The contact data for the execution of the revocation in the imprint. You can also use the designated link within the advertizing email. There is no additional transmission cost for this other than the basic tariffs.
Transmission of the email address to mail-order fullfillment partners for information on the shipping status
We forward your email address to the transportation company for the contract fulfilment if you gave your explicit consent for that during the order process. The forwarding serves the purpose of informing you via email about the shipping status. It is done in compliance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent any time by sending us a corresponding notice without any influence on the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out due to the consent you gave until the revocation.
Using PayPal

We are using the functionality of embedding YoutTube videos by YouTube LLC. (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; „YouTube“) on our website.
YouTube is a corporation related with Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
The functionality shows videos provided by YouTube in an iFrame on the website. The option “extended data protection mode” is enabled. By this, YouTube will not store any information about the visitors of the website. Only if you watch a video will information about it will be transmitted to YouTube and stored there.

Duration of data retention
After the completion of the contract fulfilment, data will be stored for the remainder of the warranty period and, while still taking into account legal, espescially fiscal and commercial retention periods after that will be deleted after the expiration of said retention periods if you did not consent to any further processing and usage.
Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to the following rights where the legal statutory requirements are met in accordance with Art. 15 till 20 DSGVO: Right of information, of correction, of deletion, of limitation of processing, of data portability. Additionally, in accordance with Art. 21 (1) DSGVO you are also entitled to the right of objection against the processing that are related to Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO as well as the processing done for the purpose of direct marketing.
Right of complaint with the relevant supervisory authority
In accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO you are entitled to complain with the relevant supervisory authority, if you feel the processing of your data has not been in accordance with the law.
